About wee

Nāu te rourou, naku te rourou, ka ora ai te iwi.
With your food basket and my food basket, the people will thrive.

This whakatauki talks to community and to collaboration. It acknowledges that everybody has something to offer, and how when we play to our strengths and give space for others to do the same, we flourish.

In my wee way, I hope to be doing the same with this publication. Wee brings the things I love about our region - our creativity and our food producers together to create something tactile I hope you find wonderful.
